the shadows are tracing tears across the floor

It's funny how during the week I want the weekend to come just so I can sleep in and not wake up so bloody early in the morning to catch the stupid bus, yet when the weekend actually rolls around, I just want Monday to come so I can go to school and escape from the house. GAH.

We played LAN for three days straight. I/my classmates are crazy. At least I'm getting a teensy bit better at DOTA. LOL.

I'm getting more hyped up about learning Korean. Mum ordered some OSTs (A Moment to Remember 내머리속의지우개, My Girl 마이걸, Spring Waltz 봄의왍츠) and they came today. Was ripping them to the comp and typing the tracklist and everything. PHEW. It takes a bit of getting used to typing in Korean, but now I'm semi-proficient at it, meaning I don't need to look at a virtual keyboard to find out what keys represent what -- I more or less get it now. It's just that I have to read the words aloud as I type them. Haha.

Had a real 5TORM gathering on Friday! We didn't actually DO a lot of things. Mostly stoned around Yingwan's house because the pool table we booked got taken over by some other people. Blah. Meow actually fell asleep. Miki was her usual self, scampering about the house, chasing a laser pointer which we kept shining on the floor for her. In the end we used the laser pointer as a tool to get her to stop harassing us by pointing it somewhere further away, LOL. And I eventually gave up and let her lick my right leg. Ugh. Shouldn't have sat on the floor. YINGWAN! You need more chairs in your house. XP

Watched Weiqi's SCANDAL DVD. I think Vanness is good looking. Everyone agrees. Haha. Spent most of my time playing Rush Hour with Dawn, which is this IQ game which has little plastic pieces of vehicles on a grid board, and you're supposed to move the red car out. Very addicting. We sat there playing half the puzzles for a good part of the afternoon. We both agree that it should be renamed traffic jam though, because the cars kept getting jammed up.

Went to Jurong Point for dinner. I couldn't believe everyone didn't mind going to JP. LOL. Good for me though, supernear my house FOR ONCE! Everytime I go somewhere with friends, it's so far away. >.< We ate at Crystal Jade. It was quite an eventful dinner, what with the case of the extra xiao long bao. Haha. However Dawn and I were 旁观者 (bystanders) who were very sure of how many xiao long bao we ate so we were not directly involved in the mystery. Heh. Very amusing.

Anyway, if Weiqi is reading this, hope you had fun trying to read the Korean characters. Here's your H.O.T song: H.O.T - A Song For Lady. I bet when you hear it you will go ORRRHHHH. Haha.
