Second Day
Today was quite a fun day, actually, despite my gloomy forecast yesterday. Woke up at about 10am, which is quite reasonable seeing that I slept at 2am yesterday because I was chatting to Poh Wei. I have to admit that I haven't chatted to a person like that for so long, since my Aku days that seem further and further away, now. It seems that as I grow up, I am pained by the fact that I'm leaving precious memories behind, yet I'm heartened that there are some things ahead that I know I will come to enjoy and treasure.

Fixed up my rusty bike today! I don't know what came over me or why I suddenly chose to do so, but after about a year of neglect, I took out my bike and cleaned it up, with a lot of help from someone called 'Dad' and WD-40. The best part about riding is the control you have over your speed, and boy do I like to go FAST. Had a couple of spins around my estate, especially down my favourite hill, which is like so WOAH when you go down it ever time.

Slacked around at home after biking while parents went to buy food for lunch, which we were hosting for my relatives on my mother's side. Frankly speaking, I'm closer to my mum's side of the family than I am my dad's. But that's because when I was younger, I would always stay over at their house. Remember the Genting trip I had last year? I went on that trip with them too. In fact, that wasn't even the first time we went on outings together. In Sec 2 we went to stay at a chalet in Pulau Ubin and it was a hell lot of fun. I love them to bits.

So they came over and we had pizza! And we had luo hei and lychee dessert. It rocked. Did you know that today was the first time I ever lou1 yu2 sheng1? It tasted quite good, actually. My aunt is just so funky. Everyone says that I looked like her when she was younger. Hehe. And we share a lot in common too, like how we both HATE cauliflower. She's also a coach (or was it team manager... seriously I have no idea) of Singapore's national under-21 netball team. How cool is THAT? Anyway, took lots of pictures, hung around in my boring house, wee! Yay, fun.

After they left, I had a nap, which lasted from about 4 to 7. Eee, my naps always last very long. LOL. So I'll be sleeping quite late tonight. I think I won't be able to sleep anyway, because I'll be too excited for tomorrow. I find it kind of weak, isn't it, that I'm so excited over tomorrow. In case you STILL don't know (I think I've been talking about it non-stop the past week), I'm going to Sentosa tomorrow for my class outing. I don't think other people are as excited as I am. I think I was too deprived in the past.

Yarr, so. Well. Today's post isn't very long, is it. I'll have to try to sleep, because sleeping makes the time pass faster so it can be tomorrow faster! Isn't that like, super.
